Building on comprehensive data collection and analysis in Phase 1 (university-led project), we contribute our practical expertise to develop a needs-based action plan and support its implementation in the Innsbruck Region (PIU).

FIM Hard Enduro World Championship

As a strategic partner of the HEWC, we support the development and positioning of the Championship and deliver event impact reports across the global race calendar. In addition, we advise on quality management and the development of practical toolkits for event organisers.

Sport Event Strategy Tirol

Leading a ten-member expert team in designing and implementing a participatory strategy process. Developing practical tools and guidelines for public administration and event organisers, and delivering a workshop series to support the rollout of the state-wide strategy.
